Any cancellation of your Mini Event or Pop-Up Picnic must be done 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. A 24 hour cancellation will result in a partial refund. A same day cancellation forfeits your deposit.
Pastime Events does not offer rain checks. In the event of inclement weather on the day of your Pop-Up Picnic we offer two solutions:
Reschedule your Pop-Up Picnic to a different day of your choosing.
Apply your payment to schedule a Mini Event.
